1.Acceptance & Modification of Terms

By accessing, browsing, ordering, or listing on the Euphoric Dystopia digital marketplace platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time in compliance with applicable laws. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.Eligibility & Account Types

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or under parental guidance to make financial transactions on the Platform.

• Customer Accounts: Registered users who discover local vendors, view products, place orders, write reviews, and track shipments.
• Vendor Accounts: Verified business entities or individual creators who list physical goods, manage catalogs, fulfill orders, and receive payouts.
• Platform Administration: Superadmins oversee compliance, review vendor KYC submissions, moderate listings, and manage settlement ledgers.

3.Intermediary Status & Marketplace Role (IT Act Section 79)

All commercial and contractual terms — including price, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery terms, warranties, and after-sales services — are agreed upon directly between the buyer and the third-party seller. Euphoric Dystopia does not determine, advise, or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such contractual terms.

4.Orders, Pricing & Payments

Purchases made on the Platform are processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateways (Razorpay). Prices displayed on product cards are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Euphoric Dystopia holds customer funds in escrow until the vendor dispatches the parcel with a verifiable courier Air Waybill (AWB).

5.Intellectual Property & Takedown Mechanism

If you believe that any listing on the Platform infringes your trademark or copyright, please email a formal Notice of Infringement with proof of ownership to emmanuel.eudyst@gmail.com. Infringing materials will be reviewed and removed within 36 hours in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules.

6.Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
